Paytm Payments Bank has appointed Manish Kumar as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to joining Paytm Payments Bank, Kumar was associated with UBI Services as Chief People Officer. Previously, he worked at Poonawalla Fincorp, Ziqitza Healthcare, RBS, Dhanlaxmi Bank, IDFC Bank, Alkem Laboratories and Reliance Capital.
Kumar comes with 24 years of experience in different facets of human resources such as Strategic HR, front-facing Business Partnering roles, COEs, Industrial Relations and Operational roles across industry segments, including Retail, Manufacturing, Projects, Pharma, Banking and NBFC, according to a statement.
Kumar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (HRD) from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
