Truist Financial Corp. released its Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment platform to help clients manage payments and streamline operations. Customers can improve cash flow through faster payment processing along with automated workflows and better fraud prevention tools, according to a press release.
With the solution, clients can streamline billing and payment processes and in turn enhance the customer experience, track payments in real-time and monitor payment history.
“As payers increasingly expect digital payment channels, businesses need payment solutions that are secure, efficient and seamlessly integrated into their operations,” Chris Ward, head of enterprise payments, Truist, said in the release. “Our new Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment solution helps clients achieve their electronic collection objectives by offering a safe, simple and quick way to accept payments through multiple channels.”
The solution will be available to all commercial and corporate clients on Nov. 1.
